
SHIPPING INFORMATION
After you place an order, we will provide you with complete details on where to send your items. We primarily serve customers in the Cheshire area, offering a convenient drop-off and pick-up service at the studio in Winsford. If you do wish to post your items, we recommend using Royal Mail Tracked 24 and your keepsakes will be returned the same way. A quote for postal costs will be given at the time of ordering.

Please add a note inside your package with your name and address and any special requests.
All clothing should be washed before sending.
RETURNS POLICY
We work hard to ensure that you get the items you have imagined, or even better. We are confident you will love your keepsake but, if you have a change of heart before we begin production, we will gladly provide a refund. Building trust and confidence with our customers is what we firmly believe in.
Please bear in mind that the appearance of bespoke items can vary as each one is unique. Items may not look exactly like the pictures provided.
For keepsakes and personalised items we are unable to provide a refund or exchange unless the item is faulty or incorrect due to a mistake on our part. If that is the case, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
Please note that E-Gift cards are non-refundable.
